Guided by DRM Sealdah, and led by Sr. DCM Sealdah, this initiative includes extensive awareness drives by sectional inspectors across all regions to ensure the app’s benefits reach every corner.
The campaign strongly emphasizes the advantages of the Mobile-on-UTS app:
- No more long queues – passengers can book tickets anytime, anywhere, even from home.
- Both paperless and printed tickets are available and officially recognized.
- 3% bonus on R-Wallet recharges within the app, ensuring extra savings.

Impressive Growth:
In just the past 15 days, around 75,000 passengers have downloaded the Mobile-on-UTS app. During the same period, 41,59,528 passengers purchased tickets worth ₹2,27,86,685 through the app, a remarkable achievement that reinforces its growing popularity.
